Red Masquer Executive Board
2022-2023

Victoria Kapfer is a senior Secondary English Education major with a concentration on Medieval and Renaissance Studies at Duquesne. Beginning her freshman year, she worked with the Red Masquers since their mainstage production of Bloodless Jungle which premiered in the Fall of 2019. Since then, Victoria has taken on roles both on and off the stage, but mainly above it in working with the lights. She has served the Red Masquers as the Secretary last year, will be continuing as the Light Chair for the third year, and will be taking on the Presidential position this year, one she is beyond grateful and honored to have. She looks towards the future of the Red Masquers with hope and determination to ensure this year is one where everyone feels welcome and comfortable to be themselves.
Susan Betten is a junior Secondary Education English major with minors in Theater Arts and Women's and Gender Studies. She has proudly held the position of Costume Chair since her sophomore year and has costume designed every mainstage show since the beginning of 2021, including Psycho Beach Party and Mamma Mia. She's been a member of the Red Masquers since her freshman year and has played a part in every production, whether it be as an actress, costume designer, or director. Susie has immense pride in this organization and is committed to helping it grow and thrive!
Rachel Lewandowski is a sophomore BA in Music student. She is entering her second year with the Masquers as the Secretary for the Executive Board as well as the Hair and Makeup Chair this year! She had an exciting season last year from playing Donna in Mamma Mia! to assistant stage managing 1000 Airplanes on the Roof and more! She is excited for this upcoming season and to further improve the organization with her friends beside her! She can’t wait to see what this season holds and hopes to see you in the audience!
Matthew Dudley is a junior Information Systems & Technology major with a concentration in Data Analytics. He is beginning his third Masquer season, being an active member since his freshman year. He has served as an Ad/PR Chair for two years, and is thrilled to begin working as the Historian as well. His work has most recently been seen in the Red Masquer's production of 1,000 Airplanes on The Roof, where he performed in the alien ensemble and designed/executed the social media campaign for the show. Matt is ecstatic to begin working on this season and cannot wait to meet you!
